Surgical operations ranging from hernias to fibroids to appendicitis etc, were done. In addition, 250 persons decided for Christ after receiving the message of God’s love. Many were counselled for diverse needs. Health teaching on CLEAN HANDS ( Hand washing) and NO MORE OPEN DEFECATIONS was made with UNICEF Flip Charts during the clinic hours.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

The Community Catholic Church opened up its guest house, the Mediatrix Complex at Aokpe, for  visiting volunteers to be accommodated. Consultations and Medications were done at Aobida Primary Health Care Center, while  surgeries were done at a private hospital, Ojilima Medical Center, donated by one of the sons of the land at Aochochodo – one of the six villages of Odumehaje.  We also had a large work force of volunteers from all the village groups and churches in the land.

MIRACLES OF GOD.

1) Due to the large patient population, we ran out of drugs on day two but a Christian pharmacist helped us procure more at an affordable cost.

2) Patients openly testified of their rapid healings and we saw faster post surgical recoveries because of prayers offered for them .

3) We almost lost three patients who came in critical conditions but were revived .

4) There was no casualty on the Mission.

To God be the glory.
